Delivery and Return Conditions

Article 1:
You have the right to return the product within 14 days except for the following situations.
Special order:
If there are cases such as products that are custom-made by the seller, products that have been modified upon request, etc., the product cannot be returned.
Installed products:
Products that were sent disassembled and installed by us, the seller or our customer cannot be returned.
Opened products:
Products that have been removed from their original packaging or opened after receipt cannot be returned. Our company is obligated to provide the necessary goods and services within 14 days in case of any problems that may arise after the product packaging has been opened.
Article 2:
Refunds are not available for products that are not returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, we request that the product be packaged in a way that will not cause damage during transport. Our company is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to packaging during return shipment.
Article 3:
The replacement/repair of damaged/problematic part or parts arising from the production of the product will be carried out by our company free of charge within 14 days.
Article 4:
For products with shipping: For products for which shipping costs have been charged, shipping costs will not be refunded for returns not attributable to our company and for which the Right of Withdrawal has been exercised within 14 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Outlet products cannot be returned.

Return requests from customers who place special orders for purchases made in our stores or on our website will not be accepted unless we are notified within 24 hours.
Article 8:
For products shipped via courier, we kindly ask you to inspect the product packaging for damage upon delivery. If any damage is found to the product or packaging, have the courier file a "Damage Assessment Report" and do not accept the product. Alternatively, if you decide to return the product without opening it upon delivery (this is possible, except in the cases mentioned above. This means the product has not been color-changed, custom-sized, etc.), you may return it to the courier. In either case, you must contact us.
Article 9:
For products returned via cargo, you must provide us with the tracking number. Otherwise, your refund may not be processed or the process may take longer.
Article 10:
Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after the product arrives at the seller; provided it is undamaged and complies with the return conditions, excluding any conditions you previously specified (in case of a return, whether a lower-limit coupon was used in the order will be taken into account when making a refund). The conditions for product returns and exchanges are subject to the practices required by Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

You can cancel your order by contacting us for the product you wish to cancel. For orders that have been shipped, you must follow the return process.
How do I return the product I received?
Before returning your product to us, be sure to read the return terms and conditions. Simply contact us to initiate the process. You can return the product via cargo or a warehouse. In cases of product returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping costs (shipping, warehouse, etc.).
Please do not send without contacting us and receiving approval.
What is the return period?
You can return any product you have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery.
General return conditions are as follows;
  • Returns must be made with the invoice, product accessories, and original box or packaging.
  • For damaged returns, a report must be prepared with the courier's signature.
  • Returns are not accepted for custom-made or assembled products. Additionally, returns without the original packaging will not be accepted.
  • For products damaged in cargo, be sure to have a report drawn up by the cargo company representative.
  • A refund invoice must be issued for corporate accounts.
